Two of the Yorkshire Coast's football teams have been in action this weekend.
Whitby Town fell to a 1-0 defeat away at Warrington Town in the Northern Premier League.
A goal from Warrington on the stroke of half time gave them the lead, and Whitby were unable to respond in the second half.
Meanwhile, it was a much better day for Bridlington Town who had an convincing 6-2 victory in their game away at Handsworth in the Toolstation Northern Counties East League.
Billy Logan netted an impressive four goals and was named Man of the Match, while Joe McFadyen and Danny Earl scored one each,
