A dog has died after allegedly colliding with a mobility scooter in Bridlington.

Police say investigations are underway following reports of a public order offence on Hilderthorpe Road on Saturday 19th September.

It was reported that a man riding a mobility scooter allegedly collided with a dog before shouting at the dog’s owner.

The dog was taken to the vets for treatment and was put to sleep after the incident.
