It is your last chance to get involved in Bridlington's annual Christmas card competition.
The deadline for applications which are open to 5 to 16 year-olds is tomorrow (Sunday 22nd November).
The winning entry will be seen by many people.
Mayor of Bridlington, Liam Dealtry, said:
"The winning picture will go on to my Christmas card. The Mayor's Christmas card actually goes to all the civic leaders in the East Riding. It also goes to the Queen, Prime Minister Boris Johnson, and the President of the United States.
"The youngsters are 5 to 16 year-old, they don't know what's going on. They are a bit nervous and if we can get families all helping then it just helps everybody take their mind off of the pandemic, even if it's just for a few minutes just to get a bit of normality and hopefully get everybody into the festive spirit.
"Last year, I got 625 designs back and if we could beat that this year, that would be fantastic. But for me to judge the Christmas cards, I've got to go through 625 different pictures from the ages of 5 to 16 of different abilities.
"It's a tough one for me. I think it's one of the hardest things as the Mayor of Bridlington that you have to do to judge that and hopefully you make the right decision. You can't please all the people all the time but it is a hard one, and I think it's well worth it and it's fun for them."
Businesses are also being asked to dress up their shops for the Christmas retail window display competition. That deadline has been extended to Sunday 6th December due to the second national lockdown.
To enter, an entry form can be picked up from the Bridlington Town Council Office, 2A Marshall Avenue, Bridlington YO15 2DS. Or download it from the Town Council's website at www.bridlington.gov.uk and return to the office. Or email to civic@bridlintgon.gov.uk.
The judging panel will decide the winner with the winning retailer receiving a trophy for a year and a Town Council plaque to keep forever.
