Scarborough and Whitby MP Sir Robert Goodwill has revealed who he's backing in the race to replace Boris Johnson as Conservative Party leader and Prime Minister.
Mr. Goodwill has told Greatest Hits Radio he's supporting former chancellor Rishi Sunak, who's also the MP for Northallerton.
"I think Rishi's the best of the candidates," Mr Goodwill said. "I think we'll be able to restore trust and reunite the country."
Mr. Sunak is among 11 candidates aiming to take the keys to Number 10, and has the largest number of MPs behind him so far.
Other contenders include former health secretary Sajid Javid, trade minister Penny Morduant and backbencher Tom Tugenhardt.
Outgoing Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said today he won't reveal who he is supporting in the race.
He has insisted he'll carry on delivering on his manifesto promises from the last election.
