There are concerns kids on the Yorkshire Coast could really struggle with anxiety as they return to school.
Most have been out of the classroom since March and are not sure what to expect when they go back over this week and next.
Rob Berry is the children's service manager for Tees, Esk and Wear NHS trust, which runs some services in Scarborough and Whitby.
He said:
"Going back into school but school being hardly like they remember it; being in bubbles, hand santisers everywhere, seeing people in masks, it's bound to cause anxiety, fear, confusion and that's fine.
"It's how we work with people and how we support them with that experience."
He said that parents should be supportive:
"They might have disrupted sleep patterns. If they've had a different routine during lockdown then how do you go back to a normal school routine? Even though that's probably not going to be normal in itself.
"We know that problem with sleep affect concentration, can affect people's moods and can affect anxiety levels"
