Car damaged by hammer in Eastfield
It happened on Westway earlier this week
North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about damage to a car window in Eastfield.
It happened on Westway next to the park at 10.25pm on Tuesday 11th October and involved the offender using a hammer to smash the car window.
Officers are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
In particular, they are appealing for information about a person seen running from the area dressed in a black Adidas jacket, a hoodie with the hood up and black Adidas bottoms.
