Bridlington man denies attempting to sexually communicate with child

A Bridlington man has denied two counts of attempting to sexually communicate with a child.

It is after reports back in September of a man handing out literature of a sexual nature.

64-year-old Simon Guy Shephard, who is from Promenade in Bridlington, also pleaded not guilty to two counts of inciting sexual exploitation of a child.

He is due to appear back in court in February for trial.
