Man arrested after seagull killed in Scarborough
It happened outside a kebab shop earlier this month
A man has been arrested after a seagull was killed outside a kebab shop in Scarborough earlier this month.
It's believed the bird was attacked at around 02:20 on August 13th, and a man was arrested on suspicion of animal cruelty shortly after.
Police said a group were seen on CCTV confronting the man, and that officers would like to speak to them as possible witnesses.
