A mental health nurse says Ukrainian refugees arriving in North Yorkshire will need a huge amount of mental health support.
Marie Tonkin says those escaping war will have been traumatised by what they've seen and may need a long time to process it.
She's volunteering to help support and signpost families once they arrive but says we can all do our bit by being friendly and understanding.
