Vehicle collides with house in Easingwold

Firefighters have been called to Easingwold, after a vehicle hit a house.

It happened at 4.35pm yesterday, on Mill Lane.

North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said: "Crews from Acomb and Thirsk responded to a report of a single vehicle road traffic collision, in which the vehicle collided with a residential property.

"Crews carried out an inspection and found slight damage to the window of the property.

"Advice was given to the occupier to contact their insurance company to arrange a building surveyor to attend."
