TSB have announced their bank branches in Malton and Richmond will be closing.

They're among dozens of others across the country that will shut their doors in a widespread closure programme, following the rise in online and telephone banking.

The Malton TSB branch on Wheelgate in the town will close on 24th June 2021.

After that, the nearest branch that's staying open will be 17 miles away in Parliament Street in York.

Customers will also be able to carry out certain transactions at the Post Office in Malton's Market Place (or any other Post Office).

Meanwhile Richmond's TSB branch in Frenchgate in the town will shut it's doors on 16th March 2021.

From then, the nearest branch will be 13 miles away on Blackwellgate in Darlington.

Alternatively, some transactions can be carried out at the Post Office on Finkle Street in Richmond, or at any other Post Office.
