Selby woman sentenced for physical and emotional abuse

A woman's from Selby been sentenced for physically and emotionally abusing a man.
42 year-old Samantha Jane Crosby, of Kelfield in Selby, assaulted the man - and shared a private video of him without his consent.
She also assaulted another woman - and harassed another.
Following an investigation by North Yorkshire Police, Crosby was charged. In court, she pleaded guilty to assaulting the man and disclosing a private sexual video of him without his consent, as well as assaulting one woman and harassing another.
At York Magistrates Court on Wednesday 24 November 2021, Crosby’s behaviour was described as “appalling offending”, and she was sentenced to a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months.
