A road has been closed off in York with police and fire service present.
An incident was reported on Teal Drive in Foxwood this morning.
North Yorkshire Police said:
"The incident has been ongoing since 10.12am today.
"Members of the public have been asked to keep away until the incident has been brought to a safe conclusion."
