It happened around 12.30pm yesterday - when officers were called to a report of a woman, who had picked up the two year-old boy from the garden of a house - and walked off with him.

The child wasn't injured during the incident.

Despite a search by officers, involving the police helicopter, the suspect wasn't found.

The suspect is described as white, skinny build, with long dark hair tied back in a bun. They were wearing a blue baseball cap, white shirt with blue sleeves, jogging bottoms and white trainers.
