North Yorkshire firefighters rescuce otter trapped in car

Firefighters were called out to Tadcaster on Monday morning

An otter has been rescued by firefighters in North Yorkshire are becoming trapped in a car engine.

Fire crews were called out to a house in Tadcaster on Monday morning, and worked with the RSPCA to remove the otter.

Firefighters say the otter was not injured and was released back into the wild, and believe it had climbed into the engine.
