Eva says her video's had been labelled as "gruesome content"

TikTok's has said sorry after shutting down a North Yorkshire's teenagers TikTok. Eva says the social media platform had flagged pictures of her face acne as "gruesome" content.

The 16 year-old who is from Easingwold, has set up the account to promote the idea that blemishes are normal and offer advice to other people. She says: "It should be about inner beauty. That's what matters. Just because you have a skin condition or blemish that doesn't define who you are."

The social media platform have given us a statement: 'At TikTok we are driven to provide a platform for creative authentic self-expression. We are open about the fact that we don't get every moderation decision right and have reinstated Eva's account. We hope Eva continues to use TikTok to offer encouragement and advice to others, and to share her story'.
