Motorcyclist dies in Northallerton crash

A motorcyclist has died after colliding with a horsebox and a car on the A167 near to Northallerton.

It happened at around 12:30pm on Sunday 13 June, when the rider hit the two other vehicles that were travelling in the opposite direction.

Police said he was seriously injured and died at the scene.

Investigations are now underway and North Yorkshire Police has asked any witnesses, or anyone with dashcam footage, to come forward.
