A children's club set up in York is now supporting dozens of Ukrainian families. Sessions are run on Saturdays the Sunflower Club. As well as a chance to play with others, children can also learn about techniques such as mindfulness. Olga takes her two children and has told us it's her daughters favourite time of the week: "She waits for Saturdays to visit the club and as I mother it gives me a chance to relax here as well.

Another Mum tells us: "This is a very good place for kids and a very good place for Mums because at the start it was just a place for kids but now it's a place for Mums as well."

She also tells us she's trying to adopt some of the mindfulness techniques too: "We are just thinking about questions that you have now, because if you start thinking about family, about whether you will go back or stay here it is very stressful for you mind."

Staff are constantly fundraising to keep the club going and says any donations would be hugely welcome.
