49 year old man dies in crash near Malton
A van collided with a tree in the village of North Grimston
A 49 year old Malton man has died in a crash near the town earlier this week.
On Wednesday morning police were called to reports of a single vehicle collision on the B1248 in the village of North Grimston.
A white Renault van had collided with a tree.
The passenger of the van was sadly pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have travelled along the B1248 between North Grimston and Malton between 10pm on 15 September and 7.30am on 16 September in either direction who has dashcam footage of the white Renault van to make contact with them.
