Man dies after falling off roof in York city centre

A man has died after falling off a roof in the centre of York.
North Yorkshire Police were called to High Ousegate early on Wednesday morning.
The man was taken to hospital with serious injuries a short time after the fall.
A cordon was put in place, and investigations into what happened are continuing.
