Man dies after car goes over cliffs on North Yorkshire coast
Police were called to a holiday park in Filey on Tuesday afternoon (October 18)
A man has died after a car went over a cliff near Filey on Tuesday afternoon, police have confirmed.
Rescue teams were called to a holiday park and began an operation to recover the vehicle at around 13:30 on Tuesday 18 October.
The identity of the man has not been released, but his family have been informed. North Yorkshire Police said he was the only occupant of the vehicle.
