He's also been charged with assault and possession of a knife
A man has been charged with arson, assault and possession of a knife after police were called to a GP's surgery in North Yorkshire.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were called to the doctor's surgery at around 12:25pm on Tuesday 29 August, to reports of an assault on a member of staff.
A fire had damaged part of the building, before being extinguished by firefighters.
No serious injuries were reported.
