Man arrested after motorbike theft

Police are appealing for more information, with the bike still yet to be found.

North Yorkshire police have arrested a man in his 20s from York, after a motorbike was stolen.

He has been released on bail in connection with the incident.

The bike is still yet to be found, with the force asking for help from the public.

They said: "The black and yellow Fantic Performance motorcycle was stolen from outside an address in the Burton Stone Lane area of York.

The theft took place between the evening of 11 January and the morning of 12 January.

It was later seen on the afternoon of 12 January with the registration plate removed, being ridden around Clifton."
