Multiple charges brought following violent incident that left two injured

A 20-year-old man from Cottingham has been charged with several serious offences following an incident at a house on Thursday, 15 May.

Tyler Wilson, of Sawden Grove, is facing charges including:

Wounding with intent

Assault by beating

Assault causing actual bodily harm

Making threats to kill

Possession of a bladed article

Racially aggravated public order offence

He was remanded in custody and appeared at Hull Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, 17 May.

The charges follow a reported altercation inside a house, where a man and woman were assaulted and injured. They left the property, but were allegedly threatened with knives. It’s also reported the man was further assaulted and received knife wounds to his hand.

Police are continuing their investigation.
