Charity set up in memory of York girl
The Millie Wright Children's Charity will help families of young people being treated at Leeds hospital
A York family is setting up a charity in memory of their "beautiful and kind" daughter who died last year when she was just 13.
Millie Wright from Poppleton had an auto immune health condition.
Her parents are now setting up a foundation at Leeds hospital to support others who have children getting treated there.
The Charity will be able to give out grants to families to help with the cost of visiting someone in hospital. They will also have staff on the wards to help with a whole range of things including food shopping or a clothes wash.
The Charity will officially launch on the 7th of May which would have been Millie's 14th birthday.
