"Don't suffer in silence"
Men's mental health group encourages people to share their problems as pressures grows because of the rising cost of living
A North Yorkshire Charity is worried about how the cost of living crisis is affecting our mental health.
Chrysalis is a weekly group in Selby for men to meet up and talk.
It's organised by Adi Cunningham who says opening up about your problems can make a huge difference. "You meet like minded people who suffer with loneliness, or who are going through a storm and they just want to be able to sit there and not be judged."
It's thought the cost of living crisis is causing a rise in issues like anxiety and depression.
