Body found in search for missing North Yorkshire woman
Searches for 31-year-old Chelsea Allen have been taking place for over a week
A body has been found in the search for a woman who has been missing from her home in North Yorkshire for over a week.
31-year-old Chelsea Allen was last seen at her home in Helmsley on Sunday June 26, and mountain rescue teams have been involved in the search for her.
Police said formal identification was yet to take place, but Ms Allen's family have been told of the developments and the body is believed to be hers.
The circumstances surrounding her death are not believed to be suspicious.
Officers have thanked those involved in the search for her.
