Body discovered near Selby
The body was discovered at Milgate earlier on today
Shortly after 9.30am this morning (Wednesday 28 December 2022) police received reports of a body which was found at Selby Dam Pumping Station.
The body is yet to be identified.
Police, ambulance and fire are currently in attendance at the incident.
Officers are asking that members of the public avoid the area.
Enquiries are ongoing and North Yorkshire Police say further updates will be provided when available.
