Two teenagers have been arrested after an attempted drug deal outside a Primary School in Wigan.

Police made the arrests yesterday (1st May) and also seized 200 bags of crack cocaine, packaged ready for dealing, as well as heroin and hundreds of pounds in cash.

In a statement, police said it 'boils our blood':

"If there is one thing that boils our blood it is attempting to deal drugs in front of a local Primary School.

We know who you are, where you are and yesterday you found out when neighbourhood officers from Scholes and Ince came through your door.

"Two males 17 and 19 from the Merseyside area were arrested for possession with intent to supply; around 200 deals of crack cocaine and heroin along with several hundreds of pounds were recovered.

"Tenancy action incoming for the occupier with our partners from Wigan Council."
