Woman Injured After Bus Collision in Leeds

Police are appealing for witnesses after a female pedestrian suffered serious injuries in a collision with a double decker bus in Leeds city centre earlier today (Monday, 26 October).

The collision occurred on North Street near the junction with Skinner Lane shortly after 11.30am.

The 27-year-old pedestrian was taken from the scene by ambulance to Leeds General Infirmary with serious injuries.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or with any other information which could help the investigation.

Anyone with information is asked to call PC 659 Dan Baldwin in the Eastern Area Safer Roads and Neighbourhood Support Unit via 101.
