Police investigate a knifepoint robbery on a teenager in Huddersfield
The boy was threatened and had his phone taken in Lockwood Scar
Police in Huddersfield are appealing for information or witnesses following a robbery earlier this month.
The incident happened in a wooded area between Lockwood Scar and Close Hill Lane shortly after 3.30pm on Wednesday 7th May.
A teenage boy was approached by a suspect who threatened him with a knife and took his phone.
The suspect was described as a white male with blue eyes, and he was wearing a black mask which had a white skull pattern on the righthand side. He was also wearing a black and grey gloves, a black tracksuit with the word ‘Trapstar’ on the chest in white bubble writing, and a black Trapstar cross-body man bag.
Anyone with any CCTV or dashcam footage from the area that may have captured the suspect, or anyone with any information that could assist with the investigation, is asked to contact Kirklees District Crime Team.
