Summer Party raises thousands.

Radio Aire's Summer Party has raised thousands for sick, disabled and under-privileged children across Leeds and West Yorkshire.

The X-Factor’s Jack Walton performed in front of crowds at Bewley’s Hotel. It was the second Cash For Kids event at the hotel in recent months, following on from the Superhero Awards which were held there in May. The awards recognised and celebrated people from across Leeds who go over and above. They were the first of their kind and were picked up by the likes of Terry George and Gary Verity.
