"Serious injury" after Wakefield crash

One person's been seriously hurt after a collision early this morning (Saturday 25 February, 2023) in Wakefield.

Police were called to the junction of Aggbrigg Road and Barnsley Road at 5.20am to reports of a crash involving a blue Citroen C2 and a grey Ford Ranger.

Officers are appealing for anyone who saw what happened to get in touch.
