A major clean up operation is underway across West Yorkshire after flash flooding hit the region last night.
Roads in Leeds and Bradford were completely submerged, with cars stuck and emergency services blocking roads and pumping away water.
Trains were affected too with some stuck at Horsforth station due to flooding on the lines.
Well this morning the clean up has started, with some schools having to close to some pupils due to flood damage.
Westbrook Lane Primary in Horsforth is closed to Reception and Y1 pupils due to damage to the school building and resources.
The school said:
"Due to heavy rain last night, both classrooms have been completely flooded with damage to the ceiling, flooring, carpets and many of our teaching resources.
"In spite of attempts to get the rooms habitable, the floors are still covered in inches of water, ceiling tiles are down and there will be no power supply."
Elsewhere Killinghall Primary School in Bradford is also closed due to flooding.
