Three men charged over East Leeds 'ring and bring' drugs line

It comes after a series of raids last month

Three men have been charged as part of an investigation into a drugs line supplying heroin and crack cocaine in East Leeds.

It follows raids at five addresses last month in connection with the sale of Class A drugs.

30 year old Jacob Brown, of Autumn Place in Burley is accused of possession with intent to supply crack cocaine, being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine, possession with intent to supply heroin, being concerned in the supply of heroin and possession of a firearm.

He has been remanded in custody to appear before Leeds Crown Court on June 23.

Samual Meadmore, aged 20 and of Baileys Crescent in Seacroft, and Kane McClelland, aged 20, of North Farm Road in Gipton, have been charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin and being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine.

Both will appear in court next both and have been released on bail.

Five other people, including a 26 year old man and four men aged between 24 and 51 were also arrested as part of the investigation but have either been bailed or released.
