Police in Leeds are searching for four men who tried to steal a cash machine from a Co-Op on Tuesday night (07 September).

West Yorkshire Police say the men reportedly threatened staff, before tying the cash machine to a 4x4.

They then tried to pull it away several times, before the car tipped over.

All four men ran away along Hollyshaw Lane in Whitkirk.

Police say there was "significant damage" to the shop, and are now looking to speak to any witnesses.
