Police launch appeal for information after man dies following collision with barrier on M62

West Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses after a man died following a collision on the M62 eastbound just before junction 32 on Friday.

Officers were called just after 9am to reports that an HGV had collided with the hard shoulder barrier.

The driver, and sole occupant of the vehicle, was later declared deceased. He has yet to be formally identified.
