Pedestrian dies after crash involving bin lorry in Halifax

A pedestrian has died after a crash involving a bin lorry in Halifax.
It happened at around 08:30 this morning (June 6) on Queen's Road.
Despite the efforts of the emergency services the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
West Yorkshire Police say enquiries into the cause of the crash are ongoing.
