New men's mental health group launching in Keighley

A new men's mental health group is launching in Keighley at the end of the month.
The town is getting an Andy's Man Club to encourage men to open up about any struggles they're having and that it's OK not to be OK.
Emmett Fleming-McGowan is leading the new group - after being supported by the Bradford branch since 2020.
Meetings are free to attend and open to men of all ages and walks of life seeking help to address their mental health challenges.
