Man stabbed in Harehills

Police are examining the scene at Harehills Lane

A man's being treated in hospital after a stabbing in Leeds.

Police were called to St James' Hospital around 5,20am today (Saturday 2nd May) where the man was seriously hurt.

It's believed he was hurt in the early hours today at Harehills Lane, close to Asda, where officers have been investigating.

The victim, whose details haven't been released, has serious but not life threatening injuries according to West Yorkshire Police.
