Man arrested over sexual assault on 8 year old in Leeds

Detectives investigating a sexual assault on a girl while she was in a Leeds bakery have made an arrest.

The 8 year old was in Greggs on the Headrow with her mum and brother back in February when it happened.

West Yorkshire Police say a Bradford man, arrested on suspicion of sexual assault, has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.

Chief Inspector Mark Griffin from the Leeds District Policing Team said:
