Leeds is the fifth happiest place in Yorkshire and the Humber

According to a recent survey by property website Rightmove Leeds has been rated as the fifth happiest place in Yorkshire and the Humber.

It was also ranked 66th happiest in Great Britain.

The historic market town of Harrogate was rated the happiest place in the region, whilst also being ranked as number three in Great Britain.

Almost 24,000 people took part in the survey which asked residents about 12 factors in their local area. These factors included how friendly their neighbours are to how good the local services are, the full list is included below.

Other towns and cities in the area locally ranked are York (2), Sheffield (3) and Huddersfield (8).
