Leeds City Ride: what you need to know
Road closures will be in place across the city
Thousands of people are taking to the streets of Leeds on their bikes, as the HSBC City Ride returns.
Friends, family and people of all abilities are encouraged to sing up and give it a go, with hopes that thousands will cheer them on as they ride through Leeds.
The disruption will be in effect for a maximum of twelve hours, between 6am and 6pm on the day of the event.
Large parts of The Headrow through Leeds city centre will be closed in both directions, along with Albion Street and Cookridge Street. Many roads surrounding the Merrion Centre will also be closed, including Wade Lane.
Parking will also be suspended on Willow Terrace Road and Calverly Street outside Leeds General Infirmary.
