Former Leeds Rhinos player, Kevin Sinfield, says his dream is to get Motor Neuron Disease centres- like the one being built in Leeds- all across the country.

He's raised more than 2 million pounds after running an astonishing 101 miles in 24 hours on Tuesday

The money is being split between building a new centre in Leeds and the MND association.

While over £1.7 million has been donated online a further total of over £500,000 has been given offline.

Sinfield said:

"I know that seems a million miles away, as we haven't got one yet, but the sooner the better we get this one up and running in Leeds, it will make a huge difference to the people in Yorkshire."
