“The cause of the fire is currently under investigation and efforts remain underway to make the area safe and support residents affected by what has taken place.”

"A massive community response"

The community of the small West Yorkshire village have come together to help those affected by the incident.

A local shop is taking cash donations, to help provide supplies for the family.

St John's Church, nearby, has also been taking donations of food and clothes.

Rev Jenny Clarke, the vicar, told us: "We've had a steady stream of donations

"It's been a massive community response, but because it's so very fresh, there's nothing massively organised yet. We're just doing what we can.

"There've been all sorts of people around the community doing all kinds of different things."
