The family of a mum of five killed in a hit and run crash in Halifax earlier this week have been paying tribute, calling her a "great, vibrant character".
50 year old Sue Davies, who is from Halifax, was struck by a burgundy Mazda 5 TS2 car on Crag Lane at around 1am on Tuesday (April 15).
The vehicle failed to stop at the scene.
Two teenagers, aged 15 and 18, have been questioned on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
Both have now been released on bail.
Paying tribute to Sue, her family said:
“Sue was a great, vibrant character. There was never a dull moment with her.
“She was a mother of five and was well known within her community. She will be sadly missed.”
Anyone with information about the crash is being urged to contact West Yorkshire Police on 101.
