Former England and Leeds United defender Ugo Ehiogu dies from Cardiac Arrest

The world of football is mourning former England defender Ugo Ehiogu who has died aged 44.

Ehiogu collapsed at Tottenham's training centre on Thursday after suffering a cardiac arrest.

He was the clubs under-23's coach.

Former clubs and team-mates have paid tributes to a "gentle giant", whose death was announced by Tottenham this morning.

Ehiogu was well known as a player for Aston Villa and Middlesbrough.

He had a loan spell at Leeds United between 2006 and 2007.
