Eminem spotted out and about in Leeds
The star was photographed in East Keswick this weekend
An image of superstar rapper and Leeds Festival headliner Eminem out and about in East Keswick this weekend has begun circulating online.
The 'Lose Yourself' rapper performed a headline set at Bramham Park's annual Leeds Festival, taking to the main stage on Sunday to a packed crowd.
Prior to this, him and some of his crew were photographed out for a pre-show stroll with the beautiful village of East Keswick behind them.
Los Angeles based photographer Jeremy Deputat - known for his photography of stars like Eminem and 50 Cent - shared the image of Eminem, (real name Marshall Mathers), on his Twitter in the early hours of Monday morning:
Twitter users were quick to point out that the location of the image was in fact East Keswick, a village with a population of just over 1,000, just a few miles from the festival's main site; not, perhaps, where you might expect to find a worldwide superstar out for a wander...
It does make sense, however, that Eminem would choose such a location: far from the press and the busy festival, the countryside surrounding the area a great place to walk off any pre-show nerves.
It's not everyday such an icon manages to fly under the radar, especially with so many people travelling to Leeds specifically for his performance, so it's no wonder people are so excited about it!
