Bradford City defender Ciaran Kelly signs new one-year deal
The Irishman has made more than 70 appearances for the Bantams
Bradford City defender Ciaran Kelly has extended his stay at Valley Parade by a further year.
The 26 year old Irishman had made 70 appearances for the Bantams since first joining in January 2023.
He played a key role in the team which secured promotion to League One last campaign.
Speaking to the Bantams website, Kelly said: “League One is a step up for the club and I am ready to help us attack it head on.
“Getting the deal done allows me to knuckle down and hit pre-season and prepare for the campaign ahead.”
Boss Graham Alexander added: “We are very happy to confirm Ciarán will be with us again this season, as we plan for the challenge ahead.
“He is a player that has never let us down, has always shown the right attitude and commitment and we believe can step up to the new level, like several other players.”
