Bradford City could be promoted to League One football today (Saturday, 3 May).

But the Bantams need to win against Fleetwood Town to guarantee a automatic promotion - joining the likes of Doncaster Rovers and Port Vale in the second-highest division of the English Football League.

However, teams around them - Notts County and Walsall - are also looking for that last spot in the top three.

Walsall face Crewe Alexandra and need to better Bradford's result and match Notts County's result to finish third.

Meanwhile, Notts County need to beat Doncaster and hope Fleetwood Town overturn Bradford and Walsall to drop points if they are to be promoted.

Alexander: "Focus on us and doing what we do best"

Bradford City boss Graham Alexander knows the challenge they will face on today (3 May) and will look to perform like they have all season and give themselves the best chance to clinch promotion into Sky Bet League One.

He said: “We are getting to that time of the season where you look around and start to get jealous of other sides in our position, but now, we have a chance to be that team who goes up.

“Fleetwood look to experiment and change their side a lot, so it is just about focusing on us and doing what we do best.

“The lads just need to play as a team and go out like that, not individuals.”

Valley Parade will be sold out for the fixture with over 22,000 Bantams packing out the stadium for the final game of the regular season.
